Alma 37:36 Yea, and cry into God for all thy support; yea, let all thy doings be unto the Lord, and whithersoever thou goest let it be in the Lord: yea, let all thy thoughts be directed unto the Lord; yea, let the affections of thy heart be placed upon the Lord forever.

2 great kids got baptised!

Monday June 25, 2012

Weeks come, weeks go, but this one sure went out with a splash!!!

We had a wonderful baptismal service this week of a couple kids that we have been working really hard with their family! Its A and M and they are some of the coolest people ever! She is 16 and is just super active; she goes to seminary everyday and is now like best friends with all of the youth. She really has made a lot of friends and has adjusted well. M is 11 years old and soo smart. He’s really grasped the gospel and just understands soo much, he’s gunna make a great missionary one day!

So that was like the best day of the week and just felt the spirit so strong in that service, We also are teaching their family members and one of the sisters that came was crying through out the whole thing. She has stopped smoking and is totally getting baptized in July. I’m soo happy for this family and all they are doing together to come closer to their Heavenly Father!!!

Besides that it’s been a pretty chill week, we are still adjusting to each other trying to get our rhythm together. This week I’ve learned a lot and just how to deal with certain situations. Sometimes Elder H gets frustrated with me and he says he’s one to easily get frustrated and I believe him, but I’m trying to do what I can to change and do what I can do to work it out. When there is tension in the companionship nothing works the way you want it to. We’ve gotten better these last few days. Anyway that’s about all for now. Sounds like you guys are having tons of fun. I hope you keep doing what’s right and send everyone my love.

Well until next week, know that the Saviour loves you all and so do I.

Elder Harker
